Maunaleo at Kehalani Wailuku, Maui

The Mountain’s Voice

Upwards of Honoapiilani Highway, sits Maunaleo, magnificent in the morning sun. Maunaleo brings the Wailuku community Hawaiian style homes in a quaint neighborhood setting. It offers spectacular mountain and ocean views in a terraced community and embraces the Plantation, Territorial, and Craftsman architectural styles. Its 83 single-family homes are spread out over 21 acres. Completed in 2006, the three-, four-, and five-bedroom homes range in size from 1,799 to 2,566 square feet. In this pedestrian and family-friendly neighborhood, evenings bring the coolness of the mountain, drawing everyone together to settle in after a beautiful Maui day.

Maunaleo is a part of Kehalani, a master-planned community of 2,400 residences on 550 acres. It is situated immediately south of Wailuku – at the base of the lush West Maui Mountains. As one of the largest planned developments on the island of Maui, Kehalani enjoys many advantages due to its location, including extensive views, a cool climate, and elevations of up to 800 feet.
